Message of the chairperson

Muhammad Zain Alam is a legal innovator and the Chairperson of the Cyber & IP Association (CIPA), where he leads national efforts to integrate law, technology, and intellectual property in Pakistan’s legal landscape. A graduate of Punjab University Law College, Muhammad Zain also serves as Legal Advisor to an IT company engaged in AI-powered innovations.
